Franconia Falls is a series of cascades on Franconia Brook located in the Pemigewasset Wilderness. The trail parallels the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River while taking you through hardwood and coniferous forest. Bring extra food and water and be prepared for emergencies. Traction devices are advised in icy or snowy conditions. A permit is required to park at trailheads in the White Mountain National Forest.
